Last week we showed our love for cats, so it’s only fair that this week, we give it up for the dogs!

Dogs, pups, man’s best friend –  whatever name you choose – exhibit a unique range of movements that showcase their versatility and adaptability. Their specialized paw pads act as natural shock absorbers and provide excellent grip. In addition to relying on their vision, dogs use their keen sense of smell and sharp hearing to navigate and move efficiently. Their tails serve as balancing mechanisms. Furthermore, their highly flexible spines allow for agile movements and extended strides when running.

How does dog resilience translate to human resilience?

Paw pads = Feets

Sense of smell and sound = Body Sense

Tails = Pelvis

Spine = Spine

CLASS THEMES

Monday, September 18th @ 12pm with Mollie:

Join me on Monday for a playful class inspired by the pups. One of the things that I’ve loved most about teaching online is getting to meet all your darling critters <3 While no props are needed, if you happen to live with one of these furry creatures I encourage you to leave the doors open for this class so that they can join in the fun!

Wednesday, September 20th @ 8AM:

No class this week, so sign up for Monday! Can’t make Monday’s class live? Anyone who signs up gets the recording automatically.
