We don’t know about you, but we always opt for that double scoop of ice cream, the extra shot in our morning espresso, and never shy away from a double-double at In-N-Out.

That’s exactly why we’re thrilled to offer you not just one, but a double helping of Nicole. She kicked off our month of “flow” last week and she's ready to keep that momentum going this week.

Did you know that for Joseph Pilates, “flow” was more than a technique—it was the essence of connectivity in movement? He designed his exercises to transition with elegance and efficiency, embodying a dance-like sequence that enhances both mental focus and physical stamina. This seamless approach to movement doesn't just conserve energy; it channels it, promoting a practice that is both enduring and precise. It’s a fluid meditation that harmonizes the mind and body—so invigorating, we say why not double up? We’ll take a double dose of that any day!

Wednesday, November 15th @ 8am with Destinie:
